This is how Profssionals Hosting will act in case of legal charge or claim on one of sheard hosting sites. Client or site onwer is the full responsible on the content of his website or the site under his account with us.
First Act
Proshosting will go ahead and suspend the website, will post a ticket behalf of the client to open the procsses of solving the issue, site will remain suspended intel an agrreement between proshosting and the client on the steps on sloving the issue.
Second Act
if the client didnt accept to solve this issue proshosting will go ahead and remove the unaothrized use for the files and keeps the database.
Third Act
after second act is in fact client needs to submit a ticket to re open his site, he will be asked to give legal authorization or license to use this files in future.
